Attendance Policy

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen, and we always strive to be compassionate and understanding when they do. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee ranging from $65–$150, depending on the type of visit. This policy is in place to help us continue providing timely care and appointment availability for all of our patients, including those who may be waiting for an earlier opening.

Our team values your time and is committed to giving each patient the attention and care they deserve. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another patient in need of care.
