DR. Jill Ellison


Dr. Jill Ellison received her Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 2001, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She received her Doctorate of Optometry in 2006 from Nova Southeastern University, graduating first in her class. Before beginning her Optometric education, she was a Medical Specialist in the US Army on board a Logistic Support Vessel for a crew of thirty soldiers! She is a member of the Florida Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, and the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians. In 2008, Dr. Jill Ellison became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry a designation earned only by ten percent of all optometrists. Jill was born in the Dominican Republic and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and is the proud owner of a nice collection of cookbooks. Like her husband, she enjoys endurance sports and family time with her daughter Isabelle and son Logan Charles.

DR. Don Ellison


Dr. Don Ellison received his bachelor of science in biology from Northern Illinois University, graduating Cum Laude in 2000. He continued his studies and obtained a Masters in Anatomy and Physiology also from Northern Illinois University. In 2006, he received his Doctorate of Optometry and another Bachelor of Vision Science degree from Nova Southeastern University graduating with high honors. Prior to pursuing his Optometric education, Don spent six years in the U.S. Army as a platoon Sergeant in the Infantry and then commanded an Ambulance platoon in the National Guard. He is a member of the Florida Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, and a Co-Investigator in various vision research projects. During his time off Dr. Don also enjoys the hands-on approach of improving vintage vehicles to make them more environmentally friendly. Dr. Don is a big fan of endurance sports such as triathlons, cycling, and running. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and his daughter Isabelle and his Son Logan.

Who can join?

Anyone without vision insurance, or whose insurance doesn't cover the services/products they need, or if we are out-of-network with your vision insurance

When does my membership start?

After signing up, your membership is effective immediately. No waiting period! Simply call our office to schedule an appointment when you are ready.

Can I add family members to my account?

Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.

How do I pay for membership?

Our secure online portal accepts all major credit/debit cards, most HSA and FSA cards, and you'll always have access to a receipt. Additional options may be available in our office.

Once I am a member, what's next?

Call our office to schedule an appointment for yourself and your family members. It’s that simple!

Your membership can include routine eye exams, and we'll discount prescription and nonprescription eyewear and contacts (ask for details as some exclusions may apply). There are no caps, no maximums, and no insurance company getting in the way of your eye care!
